1. Introduction

BizMath is operated by 999 Technology Ventures LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the BizMath mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Usage Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized data about how you interact with the app, including features used, session duration, quiz completions, and general usage patterns. This data does not identify you personally.

• Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash and error reports to help us improve app stability. These reports include device type, operating system version, and the technical state of the app at the time of the crash.

• Support ID: The app generates a random identifier stored locally on your device. It is not derived from any personal information and does not identify you. It is attached to crash reports so that we can investigate an issue you report to us. Deleting the app removes it.

• Email Address: Only if you voluntarily provide it (e.g., through a feedback form or support request).

• Subscription Data: BizMath previously offered a paid subscription managed through RevenueCat, with billing processed by Apple's App Store. BizMath no longer offers any subscription or in-app purchase, and no new subscription data is collected. Records relating to prior subscriptions may still be retained by RevenueCat. We never collected or stored payment information directly, as all billing was handled by Apple.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: improve app performance and fix bugs, understand which features are most useful, and respond to support requests.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share anonymized data only with the following service providers who help us operate the app: Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting) and, historically, RevenueCat (subscription management, no longer in use). These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

All practice data (quiz results, progress) is stored locally on your device. Analytics and crash data are stored on Firebase servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

BizMath is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it. Users must be at least 16 years of age to use BizMath, as outlined in our Terms of Use.

7. Your Rights

You can: delete the app at any time to remove all locally stored data, disable analytics data collection in the app's Settings, and request deletion of any data we hold by contacting us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or our website.
