BizMath Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 9, 2026
1. Introduction
BizMath is operated by Brendan James Wilcox, doing business as 999 Technology Ventures ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the BizMath mobile application.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
Usage Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized data about how you interact with the app, including features used, session duration, quiz completions, and general usage patterns. This data does not identify you personally.
Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash and error reports to help us improve app stability. These reports include device type, operating system version, and the technical state of the app at the time of the crash.
Subscription Data: If you subscribe, we use RevenueCat to manage your subscription. RevenueCat processes your purchase through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information directly — all billing is handled by Apple.
Email Address: Only if you voluntarily provide it (e.g., through a feedback form or support request).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: improve app performance and fix bugs, understand which features are most useful, manage subscription access, and respond to support requests.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share anonymized data only with the following service providers who help us operate the app: Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting) and RevenueCat (subscription management). These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5. Data Storage and Security
All practice data (quiz results, progress) is stored locally on your device. Analytics and crash data are stored on Firebase servers. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat and Apple. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
BizMath is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it. Users must be at least 16 years of age to use BizMath, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
7. Your Rights
You can: delete the app at any time to remove all locally stored data, disable analytics data collection in the app's Settings, manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings, and request deletion of any data we hold by contacting us.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or our website.
