BizMath Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BizMath ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app. BizMath is operated by Brendan James Wilcox, doing business as 999 Technology Ventures ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use BizMath. By using the app, you affirm that you are at least 16 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the app.

3. Description of Service

BizMath is an educational mobile application designed to help users practice mental math skills for consulting, finance, and other professional interview preparation. The app provides practice questions, progress tracking, and learning resources.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

BizMath is provided for educational and practice purposes only. We do not guarantee that use of the app will result in any particular interview outcome, job offer, or professional advancement. Results may vary based on individual effort, preparation, and other factors outside our control.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

BizMath offers a free tier with daily usage limits and a paid subscription ("Unlimited") that provides unrestricted access. If you purchase a subscription, the following terms apply: payment is processed through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions; subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date; you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings; and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle following reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in BizMath, including questions, templates, text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the proprietary property of Brendan James Wilcox, doing business as 999 Technology Ventures, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial practice purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, or create derivative works from any content in the app; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app; scrape, extract, or systematically download content from the app; or use the app's content to build a competing product or service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes upon the rights of others, attempts to interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality, or involves sharing your subscription access with others.

8. Privacy

Your use of BizMath is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.999techventures.com/privacy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting us at support@999techventures.com. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days, in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA. You can also delete all locally stored data at any time by deleting the app from your device.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BizMath is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brendan James Wilcox, operating as 999 Technology Ventures, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or our website. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
